Project Manager
Job Description:
Report directly to top management with the overall responsibility for effective and timely management and execution of the projects
Manage and coordinate with various parties on quality performance and ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner
Manage every phase of the project and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness
Conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates with client and consultant
Liaison with relevant authorities to meet licensing and permit requirements
Ensure project is completed within timeline, budget, quality, environment and safety standards
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Construction management or equivalent
Min. 5 years of project management experience in the built environment is required.
Possess an aptitude for figures
Strong leadership, technical knowledge and problem solving skills

Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
Fortnightly reports to management on cost budget and variation order status
Quantity take-off and cost estimation
Preparation of tender submission within specific deadline
Source, negotiate and awarding of contracts to vendors
Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimate, control and budgeting
Ensure meticulous assessment of costs/ schedule of all project activities
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry
Good computer literacy
Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a team
Workplace Safety Health Officer
Job Description:
Provide and ensure safety compliances are maintained and in place in accordance with MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
To inspect and rectify and unsafe place of work and/or practices
Conduct site safety inspections and committee meetings to promote Workplace Safety and Health
Prepare and submit statutory reports and documentation for all EHS issues
Liaison with relevant authorities on all environmental and safety issues
Assist in the audit of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to mitigate and control all high risk hazards to maintain a safe workplace
Job Requirements:
MOM Registered Workplace Safety Health Officer
Min. 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Familiar with site safety inspections and regulations
Good working knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
Candidates should be results-oriented, self-motivated and proactive
